Service kit for MW-2-HS™ Ratchet Knob™

Ensure optimal performance of your high-speed Ratchet Knob™ with our O-ring Service Kit! Our high speed model is designed with O-rings. Over time the O-rings may break or you may experience an increase in oscillation. When that happens, it’s time to replace the O-rings.

The service kit includes a silicone-based grease/oil and 10 O-rings which will allow you to service your high speed Ratchet Knob™ up to 5 times.

To change O-rings:

• Use a pick to remove old o-rings.

• Pre-lubricate new o-rings with provided silicone grease prior to installation.

• Starting at the corner, hold the o-ring in the groove and slide over the face of the lug until it fully seats into position.

• Repeat for the second side.

• If you feel it necessary at this stage, another application of grease to the outside of the o-ring is acceptable.

• Done! Continue to enjoy the use of your high-speed Knob.
