Cancellations Policy

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been fulfilled or shipped.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact Ridge Toolbox as soon as possible.

Once an order has been fulfilled, transferred to a shipping carrier, or otherwise entered the final stages of shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed if fulfillment has already begun.

Extended Fulfillment Orders

Some products may require up to 10 business days before shipping due to supplier availability, sourcing time, or extended fulfillment requirements.

These orders are processed as standard purchases and are not preorders.

If you request cancellation of an extended-fulfillment order before it has been fulfilled or shipped, we will review the request and make reasonable efforts to cancel the order.

If the order has already been fulfilled or shipped, the order will no longer be eligible for cancellation and may instead be subject to our Refund Policy.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If an order is successfully canceled after payment has been processed, the applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Changes to Orders

We may not be able to modify an order after it has been placed.

If you need to change an item, quantity, shipping address, or other order information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once fulfillment or shipment has begun, changes may no longer be possible.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want an item after it has shipped, please review our Refund Policy to determine whether the item is eligible for return.
